Situated in the Indian Ocean, off the east coast of Africa, the Republic of Seychelles,  is an archipelago of 115 dazzling islands. Uninhabited until just 250 years ago, the collection of islands offers a paradise of unspoiled nature, gorgeous beaches, and endemic flora and fauna. The islands are characterized by their coral or granite structure.  41 inner islands were formed from mid-oceanic granite and feature mountainous structures, rainforest interiors, and unique boulder formations lining the beaches. 74 outer islands are comprised of flat coral atolls and reef islets with endless white sand. With opulent resorts set along the sandy shores or raised into the hillside, these utopian islands offer the quintessential beach getaway with some of the best diving and water sports activities in the world.

Helpful Information

The best time to visit Seychelles are the months of April, May, October and November, avoiding the humidity of the northwest trade winds that gust from November through March and the chill of the southeast trade winds that blow May through September. It is important to keep in mind that these winds not only disturb the sand and surrounds but often wash hordes of seaweed onto the shores, so be mindful of the beaches you are choosing when traveling outside of the ideal months.
If diving is on the top of your list, consider traveling between November and May when visibility is the clearest, with unobstructed sight up to 30 meters in depth.

Budget Planning

Typically for the type of Custom Itineraries we build, prices in Seychelles can run from $700 - $1,500 + USD per person per day, primarily dependent upon destination, lodging, activities, time of year, and single or double occupancy. Quoted Tour prices include  accommodations, guides, excursions,  ground transfers. The higher priced itineraries are fully inclusive: all meals beverages and all activities. (Motorized water sports may be extra.)
Tour proposals exclude international flights, travel insurance, and gratuities. Each proposal will detail all inclusions and exclusions for clarity.
